
We are looking for a Project Manager who combines structure with business sense — someone who can turn complex projects into smooth operations.
You will lead multiple customer projects from start to finish, coordinating between clients, technical teams, and business development.
Your mission: deliver high-quality results, optimize processes, and help scale our growing operations.
What you will do:
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of customer projects – from planning to delivery.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, set expectations, and ensure clear ongoing communication.
- Monitor progress, manage resources, and ensure on-time delivery of project results.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency, scalability, and overall team performance.
- Anticipate potential risks or bottlenecks and proactively find solutions.
- Facilitate multi-disciplinary meetings to align technical, clinical, and operational requirements and progress.
- Support Business Development with project insights, reporting, and post-project evaluation·
- Collaborate with R&D teams to provide project data and support algorithm validation.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Biomedical, Technical, or Business discipline with interest in healthcare or AI)
- 2–6 years of experience in project management, ideally managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Proven experience in process improvement or workflow optimization
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Analytical, proactive, and enthusiastic team player
- Interest or affinity with medical healthcare innovation and the application of AI to real-world clinical impact.

Practical information:
- Office location: Nijmegen
- 40 hours work week – hybrid working is allowed for 1 day per week

- Principal residence within 1 hour travel distance from Nijmegen
- 27 vacation days based on a 40-hour contract, and 8% holiday allowance
- 8% pension allowance with a flexible pension plan
