Outlook for windows

  1. Open the outlook app on your computer, go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures
  2. Click New, give the signature a name.
  3. Generate the signature on this page, click in the box with the signature and press Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C to copy it (this keeps links and basic formatting).
  4. In the Outlook signature editor, click in the large text box and press Ctrl+V to paste.
  5. Under “Choose default signature”, select the new signature for “New messages” and optionally for “Replies/forwards”.
  6. Click OK to save.

Outlook for mac

  1. Open the outlook app on your mac, go to Outlook → Settings → Signatures.
  2. Click the + button; a popup window appears.
  3. Enter a name for the signature at the top of the popup.
  4. Paste the generated signature into the text box in the popup.
  5. Click Save in the popup, then close it.
  6. Back in the Signatures window, under Choose default signature, pick the correct account from the dropdown.
  7. For New messages, select the signature you just created (and optionally do the same for Replies/forwards).

G-mail browser client

  1. Open Gmail and click the gear icon in the top right corner – to open Settings
  2. Click ‘See all settings’ > scroll down till you hit the ‘Signature:’ section
  3. Click ‘Create new’ > name your new signature
  4. Paste the signature in the Gmail signature editor to create your signature
  5. To set up automatic Gmail signatures for your new messages and/or Forward/Reply – look for ‘Signature defaults’ (directly below the editor)
  6. When you’re done – scroll down to the bottom of the page and hit ‘Save changes’
